Your systemic coaching

My online coaching is aimed at anyone aged 18 and above who wants to communicate more consciously – with themselves and with others. Perhaps you are facing an important decision, experiencing internal or external conflicts, feeling stressed, or seeking more clarity in relationships, in dealing with emotions, or in matters of closeness and intimacy.

In the one-to-one setting, we do not look at your issues in isolation but in a broader context. Communication is not only about talking with others; it also includes your inner dialogue, how you handle stress, conflicts, your sense of self-worth, and how well you are able to express your needs and boundaries. Together, we take a fresh look at your situation, question entrenched patterns, and open up new perspectives.

My approach is resource-oriented and systemic. I support you in (re)discovering your own strengths and abilities and making them useful for change. This way, we develop solutions together that fit you and can be sustainably integrated into your daily life and relationships.

The coaching takes place as one-to-one online sessions and provides space for topics such as self-worth, internal and external conflicts, stress, and communication challenges – also in the context of chronic illness, partnerships, parenting, or queer life experiences.

Important information about coaching

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

What is systemic coaching?

Systemic coaching views a person in the context of their environment, relationships, and life history. Our thought patterns and behaviors are often shaped by experiences that influence us unconsciously. The goal of coaching is to recognize these patterns, release blockages, and develop new possibilities for action. The focus is on your existing resources and strengths.

Who is systemic coaching suitable for?

Coaching is aimed at people who want to actively work on their personal or professional development. It can be especially helpful if you are seeking more clarity in certain areas of life, want to grow further, or need to navigate challenging situations.

What topics can be addressed in coaching?

In coaching, a wide range of concerns can be addressed. What matters is not how “big” or “small” an issue seems, but whether you feel the desire for change or clarity.

You can approach me with your concerns, for example if you:

  • feel that it is difficult to identify or assert your own needs and boundaries
  • find your handling of anger, guilt, or shame burdensome
  • experience recurring stress, overwhelm, or the pressure to constantly perform
  • feel inner conflict or put yourself under frequent pressure
  • face conflicts in partnerships, within your family, or at work
  • experience insecurities regarding closeness or intimacy
  • have questions about self-worth, identity, and self-acceptance

Topics related to chronic illness, parenting, or queer life experiences can also be addressed in coaching.

Who is systemic coaching suitable for?

No, coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy. It is a respectful, solution-oriented support for people who want to work on their personal or professional development. In cases of mental health issues, therapeutic support should be sought.
